Group psychotherapy is based on the premise that much of human behavior and feeling emotion involves the individual’s adaptation and response to other people.
During this group experience you will be able to learn, explore, process communication, develop an acceptance of others and awareness of self all within this group. All of these characteristics will then transfer to life experiences outside this group setting.
For example, social anxiety often resolves in the safety of the group which then transfers to your everyday life.
The group therapy process is made of four or more individuals who seek change in their personal life, including improvement in interpersonal relationships.
Our group therapy opens the door to being your best self.
